Frequently Asked Questions Will the technician bring the equipment to the room it’s being assembled in?No. The equipment must already be in the room or area where you want it assembled. Technicians are only responsible for assembly and will not move or transport equipment. Will the technician remove the trash or packaging materials?No. Technicians are there strictly to assemble your equipment—they will not remove trash, packaging, or perform any cleanup. Is the assembly service covered under warranty?Yes. If something was assembled incorrectly—which is extremely rare—we’ll send a technician back at no additional cost within 30 days of the original appointment.
